Instructions
DMS provides both web site design and hosting for
many members and funding sources in the commercial finance and cash flow
industry. Virtually all questions regarding the initial set up of your
site are answered in our
instructions (PDF download)
Set Up Times
Your site will generally be up and running within a
few hours of you completing your build sheet. If it is not up
within 24 hours, contact us via email using the form below.
Also check your email (and spam folder) for correspondence from technical regarding any
problems we may be having with your site build.
FactorMax Guerrilla Installation / Update Requests
FactorMax installation and update requests are
handled from the technical support area of the FactorMax Guerrilla web
site at
www.factormaxbds.com
Credit Card Updates
If you received notification that your credit
card payment for monthly hosting and support did not clear and your site
has been temporarily suspended, you can submit new credit card
information via fax to (239) 274-7994 or contact the office at (239)
210-0051 with your new information.
Name, Address,
Modifications,
Changes, Cancellations
Name, address, telephone updates, etc. are quickly
provided by our technical service personnel. Simply complete the
form below to contact technical support for any necessary updates or
changes.
